that is one gi-normous ham.
I'd make a clever pun relating it to my name, but I'm too lazy/tired for that. Feel free to write one for me. _________________

No. It's back. "YOU DAMN MIND" is back.
Brooke had even edited the original so that it read "YOUR" and not "YOU." But "YOU DAMN MIND" is back! (Distant scream of terror.)

I hate the kind of people that are constantly talking out of their ass. Speaking so highly of themselves, when you know for a fact how fake they really are. _________________ "Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart ... Who looks outside, dreams. I hate police at the moment. I mean, seriously: Who else can calmly charge someone $105 for traveling at "unsafe speeds" when the near-death collision happened...then proceede to rocket away from the scene at 20-30 mph faster than the person they just ticketed?
Bastards. Guess they're really fucking bored out in Fulton County. _________________ Eagels may soar, but weasles don't get sucked into jet engines. |

| Life is complicated. The internet is addicting. I still haven't figured out a way to get a job, plus the economy is messed up even more, thanks to Bush's signing the bankrupcy bill. Let's face it, I don't have enough motivation or willpower to do what I've always wanted to do: write and tell my stories. Is it me that's really not doing anything or is there some unknown force that's keeping me in limbo? |

Speakin' my mind is like shouting a million thoughts and images into a tiny glass bubble, with only seconds to fill it before it explodes.
*burps*.. ahh that was a great breakfast _________________ Run mad as often as you choose, but do not faint!

I just hate how I have to grow up and deal with stuff right now. I don't want to worry about paying bills, finding roommates, finding a job (so I can graduate), graduating, grad school, just anything after high school. I don't want any of this stuff outside pre-18 bubble. _________________ "I dream of a different world..." |

Thats understandable, Eggplant. I would feel the same way; if I were in your shoes.
I'm at the point of my life where I'm stuck in a rot. Been job searching for like 2 years now, lost my BF for 3 years, and now again living with my parents. Sad reality, but trying to keep a smile on my face, despite that I'm just plainly lost, overall. _________________ "Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart ... I start my first "proper" job tommorrow. They're sponsoring me for a full work permit so as long as I don't get fired I'll be able to apply for canadian citizenship next year. I've not been so excited for quite a while- 10 months of fruitless job seeking finally paid off and hopefully theres an end in sight to entry level food service / retail work.
More importantly, I've got a real chance at staying here. Fuckin' a. |

Thanks! I just got lucky really, but it was right at the end of my work permit here- I booked the flight to the UK 3 days before I got the interview call in, so I'd pretty much given up on it already, and went in to the interviews with a very laid back approach to it all, which probably helped a lot. I think I was just in the right place at the right time... which seems to happen to me a lot. Keep your dream job / mindset / whatever else in mind and take steps towards it the moment they appear, and it'll happen sooner or later. Usually sooner than you expect!
And yeah, patience is certainly useful, for sure |
