Hey guys.. I just saw a link to Playstation 3: Everything We Know from 1up on Digg.com and I was reading through it and on PAGE 5 the Broken Saints game is listed as an upcoming title for the PS3!!

So what does this mean? That it is coming out?? It's in the works? 1up somehow knew about it.. hmmm..

Sadly the mention of Broken Saints doesn't have any links or mentions of the website or of the story or anything, but at least it will get the name out there!

Anything you got planned here, Brooke?
Hehe, it would delight me to no end to play something like BS on PS3. Now if only I can come up with the buttload of deniro Sony will sell it for.

It sounds really cool and all, but how the hell do you make BS into a game?

Use the story as a framework for an exploration-based adventure and communication game (puzzles, conversations, keywords, etc), but have the discoveries build up over scenes to trigger 'visions', which inherently become the trippy and stylized action sequences of the game, with unique types for each character.

Then...once the characters come together to form a 'party', the puzzles and visions become a case of using the right character or combination of characters at the right time, but not in the monotonous Killer 7 way.

So it's going to be like Full Throttle grafted onto Lost Vikings?
