… well there goes another. Pavarotti was a rare gem, capable of maintaining the highest possible artistic standards (in terms of the serious opera work, anyway) while being at the same time a true and natural-born entertainer, never seeming to feel a contradiction between the two.
Unfortunately, there are also the pop duets with Sting and Brian Adams and so on. Well, nobody’s perfect.
